Briana Belding-Peck

Bio:

Briana Belding-Peck is a cellist and handbell musician who lives in the Kenwood neighborhood in Chicago. She studied at the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education. Briana has taught both elementary general music and 5th-12th grade orchestra in the Columbia Public Schools (Columbia, MO), and cello with the Youth Orchestra of the Lower Ninth Ward in New Orleans, LA. Briana has directed and performed throughout Missouri, Louisiana and Chicago. She currently is a member of Chicago Bronze, an auditioned community handbell ensemble that performs throughout the Chicagoland area In her free time, Briana enjoys exploring the city, training for races and spending time with her family and goldendoodle.

Favorite Musicians:

I listen to a wide variety of music across many genres, but I can usually be found listening to Motown or pop hits from the 1960s. I love the energy, the vocals, and the orchestrations.
