Bio:

Marissa Howard is a soprano originally from Littleton Colorado. Her love for music led her to Chicago where she studied Voice Performance for her Bachelor’s degree and later Memphis Tennessee where she received her Master of Music. Marissa Howard is an educator and opera singer having performed across the United States and abroad. She is known for her comedic energy on stage and off, and loves any and all opportunity to dance. She believes in nurturing young minds and creating opportunities for students to find connections to different cultures and people. She is extremely excited to be working for Merit and hopes you’re ready to move around in class!
